Budget: Please complete the attached itemized budget worksheet. An account of actual spending is required in your final report. Note the following funding exclusions and restrictions:

- Funding cannot be used for food (with some exceptions, for example, to provide a meal to performers if needed).

- If a proposal includes funding for an item with ongoing value, such as equipment or costumes, the proposal must include what will be done with the item(s) after the project concludes. Donating items to TCC museums, costume shops, etc, must be proposed in collaboration with the intended organization.

- Performer agreements should be arranged in consultation with TCCS. Some performances will be in partnership with or co-financed by a third-party production company who will handle the contract administration. In cases without a third-party, this function can be accomplished at a host college or through TCCS.

- TCCS typical insurance requirements are $1 million in liability and statutory workers compensation which can be waived based on specific performance details. TCCS risk management should be consulted for any questions.
