CEO Welcome

The Claremont Colleges Services (TCCS) is the central coordinating and support organization for a highly regarded cluster of seven independent colleges known as The Claremont Colleges located in Southern California.

Welcome to The Claremont Colleges Services (TCCS) website. TCCS is “one-of-a-kind” in American higher education and is a model for effective consortial collaboration. Since 1925, TCCS has been providing exceptional shared services as the preferred partner of The Claremont Colleges. I am very proud of this organization and the unique contributions it makes as the central coordinating and support organization for The Claremont Colleges including:

  • Pomona College – founded in 1887
  • Claremont Graduate University – founded in 1925
  • Scripps College – founded in 1926
  • Claremont McKenna College – founded in 1946
  • Harvey Mudd College – founded in 1955
  • Pitzer College – founded in 1963
  • Keck Graduate Institute founding in 1997

This distinguished cluster of private colleges is one of our nation’s greatest centers of undergraduate liberal arts, science and engineering education and premier graduate education for more than 8,500 students.

TCCS provides more than 30 vital services and programs for The Claremont Colleges.

Throughout the year, The Claremont Colleges offer many cultural and educational programs to the community. To view a listing of programs and events, visit The Claremont Colleges Calendar. In our current pandemic, many of the colleges offer remote events for your enjoyment.

Thank you for your interest in TCCS and for visiting our website. While our offices are currently closed to the public, we remain available to assist with consortial needs and issues. Please contact us at 909-621-8000 or via a department contact listed on any of our TCCS Departments.
