Join us for an 8-part training series that will help strengthen supervisor competencies surrounding effective safety leadership.  This workshop is specifically designed for front-line supervisors to enhance their knowledge on safety topics including employee engagement, incident prevention and incident response.

Accident Analysis (1.5 hours): Wednesday, May 12th at 10am

  • Use visual and interviewing skills to gather facts after an incident has occurred.
  • Analyze the facts to determine underlying causes and recommend solutions.
  • Construct a meaningful action plan that implements corrective actions.
