As Chief Human Resources Officer, Crystal partners with leaders and employees across TCCS to attract, retain, develop and motivate their team of talented individuals.

Crystal has five years of experience within The Claremont Colleges, at both TCCS and KGI.  Before originally joining TCCS in 2015, she served as Director of Human Resources for various hotel management companies.  Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University Fullerton and a Master of Arts in Human and Organizational Development from Azusa Pacific University.
