Come join CMS Rec and embrace Body Compassion Week with pumpkins and succulents! Carve out your own miniature pumpkin and use it as a base for a cute little succulent to take home. Join us for a fun and creative pumpkin painting event where we’ll celebrate body diversity and self-expression! Just like pumpkins, bodies come in all shapes, sizes, and colors and every one is unique and beautiful. Come paint your pumpkin to reflect positivity, inclusivity, and the beauty of being yourself. All supplies provided, just bring your creativity and an open heart!

HalloWellness is CMC’s Peer Health Ambassadors annual fall semester health fair. We invite campus partners to join us at this event to showcase their resources and have a fun and engaging activity at their booth. To align with Body Compassion Week’s goals, our Peer Health Ambassadors will have an apple picking activity. We will decorate fake apples with positive affirmations and will also be giving away regular and candied apples for participants.
