Fall Campus Clinics

Student Health Services, in partnership with Hendricks Pharmacy, is offering undergraduate student flu shot clinics across the 5Cs. Students may receive their vaccine at any clinic, regardless of their home institution. Take advantage of this convenient opportunity to get vaccinated ahead of flu season.

Vaccine Details
The influenza vaccine will be offered at all five clinics. Pomona College students may use these clinics to meet the October 31, 2026, influenza vaccination deadline. Flu vaccination is strongly recommended for students at the other colleges. These clinics will not offer COVID-19 boosters or other vaccines; students seeking another vaccine may schedule a nurse visit with Student Health Services.

Insurance & Payment
Students enrolled in SHIP are fully covered for the flu vaccine through Student Health Services. Hendricks Pharmacy will serve students using private insurance; coverage and direct billing vary by plan and cannot be guaranteed. Students paying out of pocket, including students whose plans, such as Kaiser, cannot be billed by Hendricks Pharmacy, may receive the vaccine through Hendricks Pharmacy at a special student rate of $25. Participants who pay at the clinic should keep their itemized receipt and contact their insurance provider to determine whether reimbursement may be available.
