TCCS Real Estate Off Campus Listings and Roommate Info

The TCCS Housing Office posts the following listings free of charge in order to assist students, faculty and staff of The Claremont Colleges in finding off campus housing accommodations. The information provided is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed by the housing office. The TCCS housing staff does not inspect any of the facilities advertised through our office nor does it interview or screen landlords, tenants or roommates. Both prospective tenants and landlords are encouraged and advised to adequately screen prospective parties on the telephone prior to arranging a personal meeting. TCCS housing makes no guarantees regarding the adequacy of off campus rental properties for habitation or for the safety of the premises or surrounding areas. Tenants and landlords enter agreements for their own benefit and at their own risk.

Important: The Real Estate Office highly recommends that you do not include an email address on your listing due to problems with scams and/or spam. Although we only give our web address to members of the Claremont Colleges, it is a public website and anyone can access it. If you decide to include your email address, please be cautious as you may receive fraudulent inquiries related to scams, which are common among online classified listings. If you suspect you are communicating with a scammer, please contact us for guidance.

If you are looking to get in touch with other members of the colleges to look for housing together we offer a great roommate referral service. Please complete the Housing Inquiry Form below and indicate that you are looking for roommate(s). We maintain a list in our office and will refer potential roommates to you according to the preferences listed on the form. We will email you with potential roommates and you are free to contact each other and look for housing. Finding roommates is a great way to decrease your rent obligations by splitting rent and utility costs.
