At The Claremont Colleges Services we are committed to conducting our business and services ethically in compliance with the state and federal laws. SpeakUp TCCS is meant to provide a means for concerned persons to confidentially report such violations.
The leadership of The Claremont Colleges Services (TCCS) is dedicated to providing an environment where all members of our community feel safe and respected. It is of equal importance that we operate with a commitment to respect, honesty and integrity in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. TCCS, its employees, the colleges and all those with whom TCCS conducts business benefit from ethical and professional conduct.
TCCS makes every attempt to deal in a timely and appropriate manner with any conduct that is inconsistent with this commitment.

When you file a report, you will receive a tracking number that can be used to view the progress (as allowed by confidentiality rules and regulations) of your report, provide follow-ups or to answer additional questions.
Most complaints are initially forwarded to TCCS human resources ("HR") for investigation. The TCCS CEO or other senior leadership will be made aware when necessary and appropriate. Every effort is made to keep the information confidential.
The nature of the investigation will depend on the type of incident but may include examining appropriate documents, identifying additional witnesses and exploring the possibility of additional incidents. While the investigation will be conducted promptly, it will not conclude until all appropriate information has been compiled. When a complaint is found to be valid, the HR or the investigating body will work with senior management to resolve the issue or determine an appropriate course of action.
You will be asked to describe the incident with as much detail as you feel comfortable providing. This may include names, dates, locations and witnesses. You are not required to identify yourself.
We take confidentiality very seriously. TCCS, as well as Convercent, will make every effort to ensure that reporters are only identified as necessary in order to adequately address the complaint and within our ability as defined by policies and local, state and federal laws.
TCCS has a very strict policy against retaliation. If you suspect that you are being retaliated against for filing a report, contact human resources, a member of the senior leadership team or CEO Stig Lanesskog.
