Telephone and Conferencing

Providing mission-critical IT services to The Claremont Colleges.


Phone Services

TCC IT provides a wide range of business telephone services to all departments within The Claremont Colleges. The standard offering for new phone service is Cisco VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). We continue to support existing legacy NEC telephones, however, these services cannot be extended to new buildings. We are working with all institutions to migrate from the legacy equipment to Cisco VoIP.


TCC IT also provides live operators that field calls from internal and external customers. To reach the operators from on-campus, simply dial 0. To reach them from off-campus, dial (909) 621-8000.

  • Saturday 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Sunday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
