Post-Event Assessment
NOTE: Completion of this report within 30 days of the event(s) is a requirement of the
Holmes Fund. Failure to submit a final report may result in the applicant assuming
responsibility for costs incurred, and the applicant will not be available for future Holmes
funding.
Please complete the fields below pertaining to the outcomes of your event(s) supported by The
Holmes Fund. If the event had multiple performances, you may submit a single post-event
assessment. If funding was for multiple events in a series, a separate assessment is required
for each event.
In addition to this information, please email a copy of the following items to
Mary.Hall@claremont.edu :
- Final itemized event budget
- Samples of communications pieces used to publicize the event(s)
- Photos and/or video from the event, if available
Final reimbursements will be processed upon receipt of this assessment plus all relevant
expense documentation.
