Post-Injury Management (Supervisor Safety Leadership Development Workshop)
Join us for an 8-part training series that will help strengthen supervisor competencies surrounding effective safety leadership. This workshop is specifically designed for front-line supervisors to enhance their knowledge on safety topics including employee engagement, incident prevention and incident response. Post-Injury Management (1 hour): Wednesday, April 21st @ 10am Respond to employee accidents and injuries in a caring, non-judgmental fashion. Support transitional duty for injured employees with physical restrictions. Maintain communication with the injured worker from initial injury until return to full duty.
