Communications & Community Relations

The Communications and Community Relations Department of The Claremont Colleges Services (TCCS) provides strategic communications services to The Claremont Colleges while sustaining a positive relationship with the Claremont community. The department coordinates consortial communications tactics and projects including The Claremont Colleges marketing efforts, promoting student facing services, and guiding consortial communications efforts. As both a significant employer and landowner, The Claremont Colleges recognize their role in the community and embrace the opportunity to provide partnerships, philanthropic assistance and cultural and community programs while supporting local businesses and public schools.

Services

Through the use of strategic communications, the Communications Department creates two-way communication between a department/organization/institution and its most important stakeholders. We work to identify the audience, determine the goals and objectives, craft the key messages, develop the tactical plan and evaluate the results. This is our roadmap, no matter the size or significance of the project.

Collaborating with clients to provide smart design solutions that educate and engage audiences. Using colorful, high-resolution images, engaging videos and illustrative graphics, our Communications team can help audiences understand your programs and services.

Modern web design is more involved than creating an attractive website. It is about considering the user experience, search engine optimization, ease of use, and technical details.
